Lindsay Diehl Named Drake Head Coach

Drake has hired Lindsay Diehl as the program’s new head coach.

Diehl spent the last five seasons as head coach at Indian Hills Community College, leading the Warriors to 186 victories during her tenure. She also led the program to four NJCAA Region 11 championship and two NJCAA Division 1 World Series berths.

While head coach at Indian Hills, Diehl earned a quartet of NJCAA Region and District Coach of the Year honors.

Prior to her tenure at Indian Hills, Diehl’s coaching resume includes stints at Iowa Central Community College and Clarke High School in Iowa.

The 2023 season saw Drake post an 18-34 overall record, with a 10-17 conference showing. The Bulldogs went 1-1 in the Missouri Valley tournament to end the year.
