Former Alabama infielder Megan Bloodworth is transferring to Oklahoma State, she announced on Tuesday.
“I’m packing my bags and moving out west to become a cowgirl!🤠🧡 #gopokes,” she wrote on Instagram.
Bloodworth, a freshman in 2022, has three years of eligibility remaining.
During the 2022 season, Bloodworth finished fourth on the Alabama roster with a .292 batting average. Her statistics also included a .961 OPS, 6 doubles, 7 home runs, 30 RBIs, and fourteen runs scored.
Prior to her single year at Alabama, Bloodworth was the 2021 Gatorade Player of the Year in the state of Georgia.
