National High School Player of the Week (October 25, 2023)

The fall high school softball season is winding down with state playoffs still to be contested in Missouri and Georgia.

Throughout the fall softball season Extra Inning Softball will be recognizing the outstanding achievements of players from across the country.

Extra Inning Softball National High School Player of the Week

After an outstanding week in the circle and at the plate, Sadie Ross has been selected as the Extra Inning Softball National High School Player of the Week. Ross plays for Eaton High School in Eaton, Colo.

Ross helped lead Eaton to the 3A state tile in Colorado, which marked the second consecutive state title for the Reds.

Ross capped the season in dominant fashion as she threw a no-hitter leading Eaton to an 11-0 victory over Thomas Jefferson. She struck out seven batters in her complete-game performance.

She was named Sportswomen of Colorado Player of the Game following the title victory.

Ross, who has committed to Baylor, was equally as impressive at the plate as she belted a grand slam home run in Eaton’s 11-1 victory over the The Academy in the state semifinals.
