Become an Extra Impact Ambassador!
As an Extra Impact Ambassador, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside our team under the guidance and mentorship of Carie Dever-Boaz, a three-time All-American, and  competed in four Women’s College World Series, finishing as runner-up three times.
Carie went on to coach at South Carolina, Arkansas, Florida, Virginia, NWCC, and West Alabama. In 1999, she earned SEC Coach of the Year honors after leading Arkansas to a 46-29 record and a runner-up finish in the SEC Tournament. She later managed the Washington Glory in the National Pro Fastpitch league, guiding them to the 2007 championship and earning Manager of the Year.
Extra Impact Ambassadors will play an essential role in promoting our Extra Inning Softball Initiative to empower, support, and inspire athletes across the nation.
The Extra Impact Ambassador Program provides mentorship from industry leaders, media recognition as part of our national initiative, and the chance to enhance your resume with leadership experience.
To apply, complete the application below. Ambassadors are required to be current Extra Inning Softball members, commit to a six-month term, and attend at least one monthly Zoom meeting. The deadline to apply is Sunday evening, September 21 2025. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance no later than October 1, 2025.

Represent the Company
Act as a positive and enthusiastic representative of Extra Inning Softball by promoting its EIS 2.0 Initiative within the Fastpitch softball community -
Promote Brand Awareness
Help increase awareness of the company’s brand, products, services, and initiatives through personal and online interactions, as well as at events and competitions. Player Advocacy
Advocate for the needs and interests of Fastpitch softball players, providing feedback and insights to the company to help improve its offerings and support the community by attending 1 zoom call per month.Mentorship & Support
Serve as a mentor and source of support for other players, offering guidance, encouragement, and advice based on your own experiences in the sport.Content Collaboration & Creation
Contribute to content creation efforts, such as writing articles, sharing personal stories, providing tips and insights, and participating in video or social media campaigns.Uphold Extra Inning Softball Values & Code of Ethics
Embody the values and ethics of Extra Inning Softball, setting a positive example for other players and community members.
