To maintain the integrity of our rankings system and manage the considerable effort required to process late nominations, we have implemented a rush fee for entries submitted after the nomination deadline. A one-time fee of $75 will be charged for each player nomination received beyond the closing date. This fee ensures that we can continue to deliver timely and accurate rankings while accommodating late submissions.

Upon receipt of the rush fee payment, a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours to provide the necessary details and gather the information required for processing your late player nomination.

It is crucial that the requested information be returned within the timeframe specified by our team member. Failure to comply with this deadline will unfortunately mean that we cannot accommodate the nomination, and the rush fee will be retrained by Extra Inning Softball
