Lexi McDaniel, a senior at a private school in St. Joseph, Missouri, is making waves in the world of softball. As a 2025 commit to the University of Oklahoma, McDaniel has already established herself as one of the top players in the nation, both on and off the field. Her journey through the ranks of youth softball has been nothing short of extraordinary, and her future as a Sooner promises to be equally impressive.
A Dominant Force on the Field
Playing for Aces Fastpitch 18U under the guidance of Coach Ryan Taylor, McDaniel has consistently proven herself to be a dominant force in the infield. Over the past four years, she has earned a spot on the All-Summer Team for Extra Inning Softball, a prestigious recognition that highlights the best players across the country. Her exceptional skills and dedication to the game have not gone unnoticed. In fact, McDaniel is currently ranked #1 in the Extra Innings Elite 100 and holds the top spot as the #1 middle infielder (MIF) in the nation.
