Lady Lightning Gold 10U SC, based in Columbia, South Carolina, has made significant strides since its formation in Fall 2021. Led by Coach Alissa Marchione, the team began its journey with a focus on developing fundamental skills, improving softball IQ, and building a winning mindset. As a program that prides itself on teamwork and grit, Lady Lightning Gold 10U SC has grown into a competitive force, achieving a remarkable 39-15-2 record in their debut season, with several top-tier finishes.
In the 2024 season, despite the challenge of losing seven key players to the 12U level, Lady Lightning Gold 10U SC continued to rebuild and develop into a full 2014 roster. The team’s journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, dedication, and growth, and they’re poised for even greater achievements as they take on the next generation of softball competition.
