What do you get when you combine some of the nation’s best talent in the transfer portal and a crop of returners on a team that’s played in the Women’s College World Series in two straight seasons? For Kenny Gajewski’s Oklahoma State Cowgirls, the ideal answer to that question is “a National Championship”.
The Cowgirls were already returning a good crop of talent from last season’s WCWS squad. The addition of a quartet of transfers vaulted the program from status as a contender into immediate conversation as one of the best of the best.
