The Beverly Bandits 2014 Grossman, based out of Ohio, has quickly established itself as one of the premier 10U softball teams in the country. Despite being together for just a few months, this dynamic group of athletes, drawn from five different states, has already achieved impressive success. Their focus on hard work, teamwork, and development has led to a strong fall season, with a 35-9 record and remarkable finishes in top-tier tournaments. With eyes set on the 2025 PGF Nationals in California, these young athletes are shaping up to be a team to watch for years to come.
Coach Traci Grossman, with three years of experience coaching in the Beverly Bandits organization, has built a team that prides itself on dedication and teamwork. Under her leadership, the team has been able to push their limits, learning from both success and failure while enjoying the process of growing together.

The Beverly Bandits organization has a long and storied history of producing top-level athletes, with more than 500 players committing to play softball at the collegiate level. The Bandits focus on developing players not just on the field but also off it, teaching essential life skills that extend beyond sports.

Coach Grossman says, “We aim to develop players by competing at the highest level, preparing them for life through success and failure, and ensuring they have fun while playing the sport they love.”
Impressive Fall Season and Key Accomplishments
During the fall season, the Beverly Bandits 2014 Grossman team competed in several competitive tournaments across five states. They participated in four PGF super select tournaments, finishing each with a winning record. Highlights include finishing second at the PGF Fall Futures and third at the PGF Fall Super Select Championships.
In addition to their success at PGF tournaments, the Bandits also triumphed at the USSSA Labor Day Classic, finishing in first place, and wrapped up the fall season with a strong performance at the USSSA World Series in Birmingham, AL. Their strong 35-9 record speaks to their commitment and readiness to face top competition.
With nine PGF/Alliance tournaments planned for the spring and summer, including the 2025 PGF Nationals in California, the Bandits are gearing up for even more success in 2024 and beyond.

- Izzy Millay (Kentucky) – A smooth middle infielder with a powerful bat, Millay is a key contributor both defensively and offensively for the team.
- Lorna Zgonc (Ohio) – After transitioning to third base, Zgonc has proven to be a standout at the hot corner with her aggressive play and strong bat.
- Kennedy Bilkie (Ohio) – A hard-throwing pitcher, Bilkie has been dominant on the mound and brings significant power to the lineup.
- Karrissa McClatchey (Indiana) – A speedy middle infielder, McClatchey is known for her contact hitting and ability to put pressure on opposing defenses.
