Breaking News: Dates Announced For Final 2020 Extra Elite 100 Rankings!

The dates for the release of the final 2020 Extra Elite 100 rankings have been set and–starting on Monday, October 21, 2019 and for the following three weeks–will cover:

• the 2020 Extra Elite 100 top-ranked prospects and where they’ll sign
• the players ranked #’s 101-500
• a spotlight on the top player in the 2020 class
• the final Top College Recruiting Rankings list which will reveal which DI programs had the highest-ranked classes!

This will be the final rankings for the current senior class and will highlight where they’ll be signing starting on Nov. 13, 2019–the first day of the National Letter of Intent Signing Period.

To compile these rankings, we will be in touch with more than 250 club and college scouts and coaches nationwide.

The Extra Elite 100 rankings are compiled and produced by the Extra Inning Softball staff led by President/Executive Editor Brentt Eads, who originated the top 100 rankings lists used in softball.

Eads has ranked 11 graduation classes from 2014 to 2024 and updated them close to 20 times; for example, this will be the fourth version of the current senior (’20) class.

Eads’ player and college rankings have been cited and published by major media outlets such as USA Today and used by Student Sports Softball, Full Count Softball and FloSoftball. The player and college rankings have also been referenced by colleges in their Signing Releases and by major media outlets across the country, both print and electronic.
