Extra Inning Softball is honored to announce that 259 players representing Region Two (Southeast) have been named all-region players.
Region Two is comprised by Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida.
The Extra Inning Softball committee makes selections following the review and evaluation of nominations submitted by coaches.
The Region Two (Southeast) All-Region announcement is the second of six regional announcements. All-region players will also be recognized for Region Three (Midwest), Region Four (Southwest), Region Five (Mountain) and Region Six (West).
Following the announcement of all-region players across the six regions, the unveiling of the Extra Elite 100 player rankings will commence on May 6 and conclude on June 28. You can view our complete nominations and rankings schedule HERE.

Please note that any player not included in this year’s rankings, despite being ranked previously, may be due to our inability to gather updated information or because the information sent to use was incomplete. Despite extensive efforts to contact coaches of top players from last year and organizational leaders, there were several we did not hear back on from. We strongly encourage coaches and organizational leaders to be proactive in meeting nomination deadlines. Additionally, we urge players and parents to actively engage with their coaches and organizational leaders to ensure all deserving players are considered for the All-Regional and Extra Elite 100 rankings. This collaborative approach is essential for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our annual evaluations. Before reaching out to our staff with complaints, we ask that you first check with your coach to see if your player was nominated. Do not reach out to our EIS staff as this will cause a delay in our getting back to you. Simply email us at info@extrainningsoftball.com and allow up to 5 business days for a response.
