The spring high school softball season has officially begun with virtually every state playing their high school seasons.
Throughout the spring softball season Extra Inning Softball will be recognizing the outstanding achievements of players from across the country.
Nominations for Extra Inning Softball National High School Player of the Week can be submitted HERE.
Beginning on Feb. 14, 2024, Extra Inning Softball will be selecting a National High School Player of the Week every week through May 31, 2024. Nominations will be accepted through Monday each week and nominations should include relevant statistical information for games played during the previous week and photographs.

Extra Inning Softball National High School Player of the Week
After an outstanding week, Kyla Jobe has been selected as the Extra Inning Softball National High School Player of the Week. Jobe plays for Greenville High School in Greenville, Tenn.
Jobe, Class of 2025, helped lead Greenville to a 5-0 record during the week.
She batted .765 (13-for-17) over the course of the five games and scored 14 runs. She blasted five home runs and added two triples and three doubles as 10 of her 13 hits went for extra bases.
Jobe drove in 15 runs during the week and posted an .810 on-base percentage.
Jobe, who also plays on the Greenville volleyball and basketball teams, has committed to the University of Tennessee.
Other Top Performances:
Haiylee Reeves, Owyhee High School, Meridian, Idaho – Reeves led Owyhee to a 3-1 week by batting .538 and hitting five home runs. She drove in 11 runs and scored seven times.
Hannah Hearl, Orange County High School, Orange, Va. – Hearl had a brilliant week in the circle for Orange County High School. She posted a 3-0 record with a 0.00 earned run average. She struck out 45 batters in 20 innings pitched and permitted just three hits. Led Orange County to a 1-0 victory over Monticello by striking out 21 batters in 9.0 innings.
