Every softball player from 10U to 18U seeks the opportunity to match their skills against the best players and teams in the country and compete for a national championship. The 2024 Alliance Fastpitch Open Nationals provides exactly that opportunity as the top teams from across the nation will compete for bragging rights in their age division this summer.
The top teams in 18U, 16U, 14U, 12U and 10U will gather in Chattanooga, Tenn., on July 23-28, 2024 and compete to determine a national champion.
Open Nationals, entering its fourth year, is quickly becoming a must-attend event on the summer schedule as first-rate competition, an idyllic setting and outstanding facilities are the hallmarks of the event operated by Connect Sports.

What is the history of the event?
The inaugural Alliance Fastpitch Open Nationals were held in Chattanooga, Tenn., in 2022 and was played at Camp Jordan, Warner Park, and the Summit of Softball. In the first year of the event we hosted 85 teams and last year we had over 150 teams compete to be crowned champion.
What is the cost for the weekend?
The cost is $1,200 for each team in the 18U, 16U and 14U divisions and $900 for 12U and 10U teams.
What makes Alliance Fastpitch Open Nationals special?
This event is a true national championship as each division includes teams from coast to coast. The Alliance and Connect Sports have invested, and will continue to invest, in the championship atmosphere of this event. From prize packages, to interactive brackets, to in-tournament social media interaction, it is truly a full blown experience.
Which teams have committed to the event?
There are too many top teams to list, but the field includes an outstanding lineup of teams. The full list of teams can be seen HERE.
What about the format, or facilities, makes this event unique?
This event offers an experience like no other! From opening ceremonies to the interactive brackets, all the way to the championship games, this event is high energy for all involved. We present prize packages for the champion, the runner-up and the top four finishers in each age division.
What makes Chattanooga an ideal host?
Being one of the top outdoor tourist destination cities in the country, Chattanooga has so much to offer from the mountains that have trails for hiking, biking, really anything you can think of – to the river where you can access anything on the water very easily! We have amazing restaurants and breweries across downtown and North Shore. Most tourists enjoy the Chattanooga Zoo, Tennessee Aquarium, Rock City, and Ruby Falls. Chattanooga has so much to offer, including tons of local restaurants. Some fan favorites are Champy’s World Famous Fried Chicken, Parkway Pourhouse, 1885 Grill and Community Pie. What additional things should teams be aware of?
Teams MUST BE Alliance Members in order to participate in the 2024 Alliance Fastpitch Open Nationals.
