Extra Inning Softball Rankings: Class of 2028 All-Region 3 [Midwest] Outfielders
Extra Inning Softball is honored to announce the Class of 2028 outfielders representing Region Three (Midwest). Region 3 is comprised of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin
The Extra Inning Softball Rankings Committee makes selections following the review and evaluation of nominations submitted by coaches. Primary factors used when determining player placement include the following:
- coach and regional leadership recommendations
- data/stats
- strength of schedule
- tournaments attended
- top opponents played against
- whether a player plays up
The Region Three (Midwest) announcement is the third of six all-region announcements.

Region 2 [Southeast] July 16, 2024
Region 3 [Midwest] July 17, 2024
Region 4 [Southwest] July 18, 2024

We congratulate all the Class of 2028 Midwest Region 3 Outfielders on their first and second team placements. We look forward now to the launch of the Extra Elite 100 Outfeilder rankings which launch July 22, 2024 and conclude on August 2, 2024. We thank all the coaches and leadership who took the time to nominate their players. If you do not see a deserving player recognized in our All-Region rankings, we encourage you to check with the coach before reaching out to our EIS staff.
We kindly request you check with your coach fist to see if he or she nominated your player before reaching out to us. For questions about the rankings process email us at: rankings@extrainningsoftball.com and allow up to 5 business days for a response.
Once the Extra Elite 100 Catcher rankings conclude, we turn our attention to the Class of 2028 All-Region Outfielders. More details listed below:

- All-Region Catchers: June 17-22
