At Extra Inning Softball, we believe the best rankings come from collaboration, transparency, and real-world input from those who live the game every day.
That’s why we’re inviting coaches, organizational leaders, and tournament directors across the country to take part in our Regional & National Tournament Feedback Survey—a community-wide effort to help refine our rankings methodology. [Take survey HERE]
As we update our software system, your feedback will play a key role in shaping the next phase of how we evaluate athletes nationwide.
Because regional and national tournament play offers valuable insight into competition level and player performance, your perspective helps us strengthen the accuracy and integrity of our rankings process.
Over the last year and a half, we’ve made drastic improvements to our system—enhancing verification methods, adding regional evaluation boards, and refining how we weigh tournament data.
Still, we’re not stopping there. Extra Inning Softball is continually striving to perfect our rankings process to serve the community better.
Every update, adjustment, and enhancement is guided by one mission: to ensure deserving athletes are recognized for their skill, consistency, and heart for the game.
We also encourage members of the softball community to share this survey with others who can provide valuable insight—whether they’re coaches, tournament staff, or trusted evaluators within the sport. The more perspectives we receive, the stronger and more representative our rankings become.
🗓️ We ask that all feedback be submitted no later than November 5, though we will continue to consider additional responses as they come in.
This is more than a survey—it’s an opportunity to elevate the sport together. Every response helps ensure that deserving athletes are highlighted for their dedication, skill, and consistency on the field.
