Extra Inning Softball spotlights the remarkable journey of Class of 2028 outfielder Mori Henderson, ranked No. 6 nationally and No. 4 in the Southeast Region in the Extra Elite 100. Competing with Athletics Gold Tamborra and representing Calhoun High School in Calhoun, Georgia, Henderson has established herself as one of the most electrifying young outfielders in the country. As an Extra Elite 100 Influencer, she reflects the discipline, poise, and inner strength that elevate the best athletes both on and off the field.
When given the chance to share her voice as an Influencer, Mori chose to write about Resilience & Perseverance—a theme she believes defines growth, shapes character, and carries athletes through the hardest parts of the journey. Her perspective shows a deep awareness of what it takes to endure pressure, respond to adversity, and keep rising even when the path gets difficult.
