Honey Badgers Build a Culture

The Honey Badgers 12U, based in Boardman, Ohio, are more than just a softball team—they’re a movement. Coached by Brian Brindle, this group plays with purpose, humility, and a relentless desire to improve. The team is part of a larger organization that began in 2019 and now fields 11 teams ranging from 8U to 23U.

This article will explore the program’s foundation, the players behind the success, their community impact, and what makes the Honey Badgers one of Ohio’s most unique club teams.
