Meyer battled a potentially life-threatening medical condition that temporarily took softball away from her. Knoblauch watched cancer impact multiple members of her family over several years, turning softball into a place of stability during periods of uncertainty.
Their circumstances are different, but their stories share a powerful connection: both athletes have learned that resilience extends far beyond the field.
