To facilitate this change, we’ve developed a comprehensive nomination form that gathers all the necessary information related to our rankings process. This allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of our evaluations. To further enhance the accuracy and fairness of our rankings, we’ve expanded our team to include more than six individuals dedicated to researching and verifying the information submitted.
Our goal with this new system is twofold: simplify the process for coaches and provide an easy, accessible way for parents to advocate for their athletes. This streamlined approach ensures that no deserving player is overlooked, and it acknowledges the valuable insights parents can provide.
Guaranteed Regional Lineup Placement
Every player nominated, regardless of the ranking category, is guaranteed placement in a regional lineup. This means that even if your athlete is just starting to make a name for herself, she will still have the opportunity to see how she stacks up against top talent in her region.
