Discover the New Opportunity for Parents to Nominate for Rankings Consideration

Parents! Are you ready to take your daughter’s softball career to the next level? For the first time, parents can nominate their athletes to be considered for various rankings, including Honor Roll, Regional Lineup, National Rankings, Hitters Rankings, and a special College Bound Uncommitted Ranking for high school juniors and seniors. This new process guarantees that every nominated player will be featured in a regional lineup, offering invaluable exposure to top talent in their region. Nominate HERE! for Class of 2026 which closes October 5, 2024 at 11:59pm.

The Shift to Include Parent Nominations

This shift in our approach comes from listening to feedback from the softball community. We heard that coaches, often busy with their many responsibilities, were finding it challenging to nominate players, resulting in many deserving athletes being left out. To ensure that every talented player has a fair chance to be recognized, we’ve opened up the nomination process to parents. After all, who knows their player better than their own parents?

To facilitate this change, we’ve developed a comprehensive nomination form that gathers all the necessary information related to our rankings process. This allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of our evaluations. To further enhance the accuracy and fairness of our rankings, we’ve expanded our team to include more than six individuals dedicated to researching and verifying the information submitted.

Our goal with this new system is twofold: simplify the process for coaches and provide an easy, accessible way for parents to advocate for their athletes. This streamlined approach ensures that no deserving player is overlooked, and it acknowledges the valuable insights parents can provide.

Guaranteed Regional Lineup Placement

Every player nominated, regardless of the ranking category, is guaranteed placement in a regional lineup. This means that even if your athlete is just starting to make a name for herself, she will still have the opportunity to see how she stacks up against top talent in her region. This is an excellent way for players to gauge their progress, set goals, and work toward improving their skills. Being part of the regional lineup provides them with the motivation and the platform to shine on a broader stage. Nominate HERE! for Class of 2026 which closes October 5, 2024 at 11:59pm.

Why Rankings Matter

Being ranked in girls fastpitch softball is more than just recognition; it’s a pathway to new opportunities. Rankings provide a platform for players to showcase their talent on a national level, gaining the attention of college scouts and coaches. For uncommitted high school juniors and seniors, our special College Bound Uncommitted Ranking is a golden chance to be seen by college programs looking for their next star player. Additionally, ranked players often find themselves on the radar for future All-Star selections, national team invitations, and scholarship opportunities. In a sport where exposure is key, being ranked can be a game-changer for your athlete’s future.
