Rough tournament? Good—that means you gathered information, not a verdict. Before you swap bats or grind through panic reps, step back and use a seven-step reset to turn one hard weekend into your next breakthrough. Take 24 hours to recover, run a calm Keep/Adjust/Ditch audit, study just five clips to find one fix, tighten your three-breath routine and cue word, stack small wins with short, sharp reps, clear the noise in your environment and feed, and set three controllable goals for next weekend. My view: do less, sharper—recover first, fix one thing, and walk into Saturday with evidence-based confidence.
