Rip City USA, based in Seabrook, New Hampshire, has quickly become one of the premier softball programs in the region. Established five years ago by coach George Penniman and softball director Mollie Watson, Rip City USA has built a reputation for developing elite softball talent through hard work, dedication, and a strong commitment to training. Penniman, who has been coaching since the mid-90s, and Watson created Rip City with a vision to offer a unique softball program that prioritizes quality over quantity. Their 15,000 sq/ft facility in Salisbury, MA, has become the training hub for athletes who want to take their game to the next level.
