At Extra Inning Softball, we are incredibly grateful for the brave men and women who serve or have served in the U.S. military. In the spirit of gratitude and appreciation, we’re inviting softball families who have active or retired military members to share their unique stories with us. We’d be honored to spotlight the dedication, sacrifice, and service of your loved ones and recognize how their commitment to our country has shaped and inspired your family. By sharing these narratives, we not only honor the individuals but also foster a stronger connection within our softball community, emphasizing the values of loyalty and perseverance that both softball and military service embody.
How to Submit Your Story
If you have a family member who is currently serving or has retired from the military, and you would like to share their story, please send it to us! Whether it’s a parent, sibling, grandparent, or extended family member, we want to celebrate their service. We invite you to include details about their service journey, achievements, and the impact they’ve made both on and off the field. Feel free to share memories, personal reflections, and what their service means to you and your softball family. For instance, you might want to discuss how their experiences influenced your approach to teamwork and resilience in softball, or how their stories have inspired you to strive for excellence both in sports and in life.
