EXTRA ELITE SPOTLIGHT: JAZMYN “JAZZY” KAESBAUER
2030 C/1B/3B Jazzy Kaesbauer helped OC Batbusters-Edmonds/Taylor win the 10U Alliance national title this summer and she recently taled to Extra Inning Softball about her club team, hard work, getting better, the Alliance Nationals, Team Oklahoma 2011, Kobe Bryant, 50 Cent and TikTok moves.

Honors: Most Outstanding Player at Oklahoma Alliance 10u National Championship Series.
Travel Ball Highlights/Summer Stats: 10U Alliance national championship; fourth at AFA; fifth at PGF Nationals; hit a 220-foot OTF HR; Triple Crown championship; .500 AVG, 92 RBIs, 6 HRs, 1.283 OPS, 1.38 catcher pop time; and winner of fastest 10U catcher at Medina Skills Challenge.
Tell us about your travel team/organization and how you became involved with them? OC (Batbusters) is the BEST organization I’ve played with. All of my coaches have helped me become the player that I am today. Thank you Coach Mike Stith, Coach Katie Stith, Coach Jamee Juarez, Coach Jarrod Taylor and Coach Peter Horton. Being able to have access to the (Batbusters) facility for all my lessons and trainings has helped me take my game to the (next) level. My team has been fun and super supportive. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to play next to these talented group of athletes.
What do you bring to the team? Hard work, dedication, dependability (especially behind the plate) and some pretty awesome TikTok moves, lol.
What areas were you focusing on/trying to improve this summer? Getting stronger, faster, better throwing accuracy, hitting and fielding.

Can you tell us about your experience at the Alliance Nationals this summer? It was so fun! I enjoyed the big dugouts. And it was fun playing on the field national champs played on.
Which player/team was your toughest opponent and why? Team Oklahoma 2011. They were a good hitting, fielding and pitching team.
What are your goals for the future? Keep getting better. Getting smarter. I’m never satisfied.
Who is your sports hero and why? Kobe Bryant. He is my sports hero because of his mentality and accomplishments.
What’s the best hype song and why? “Back down” by 50 Cent.
Do you have a secret talent/skill? TikTok dancing and making braclets (IG: jewerlyby.jaz).
