I especially love my travel ball coach Greg Carter, his wife, Michelle, and daughter, Chloe, who treat me like family.
High School Highlights: Making it to the state championship game of the TSSAA Division 1 Class 4-A, holding tons of teams to no runs and hitting several home runs, including a walk-off two-run homer my senior year to help my high school get the 2-0 win against our rival school at home! Pitching 351 strikeouts in one season (senior year) was also pretty cool!

Emberly’s high school team, Clarksville (Tenn.) High, made it to the state championship game of the TSSAA Division 1 Class 4-A playoffs.

Tell us about the Mojo and how you became involved with them…
I have played with Coach Greg Carter’s TN Mojo team for the last two years. I was friends with some of the girls on that team and knew what an awesome group of people that was, so I reached out and asked if they had a spot for me because I wanted to be a part of that, and they welcomed me with open arms. I knew it was the perfect fit.

Can you talk about your senior season at Clarksville High?
It was the best season ever! I love my team! We all support each other like a family.

Can you talk about your experience with Clarksville National Little League?
I grew up playing Clarksville National Little League with all my friends and little sister, Charis, since I was 5 years old. I also played little league with my best friend, who is also my high school, and TN Mojo 04-Carter travel ball catcher, Abigail Chappell. We won several district, state, and regional championships, including Southeast Regional runner-up (2017) and Little League Softball Tennessee State Champions (2014, 20215, 20-16 and 2017).
