Video: Extra Inning Softball High School All-American Candidate Jayden Heavener Talks Summer Tourneys & Camps

Jayden Heavener has quickly emerged as one of the top pitches in the nation both at the high school and travel ball levels.

We’re just three days away from launching our 2021 Extra Inning Softball High School All-American team and one strong candidate—2024 pitcher Jayden Heavener of Pace High—was just named on Friday as the Florida 5A Pitcher of the Year and a 1st Team All-State selection.

During a break in action at the Atlanta Legacy Invitational 16U competition, we caught up with Jayden–a member of the highly ranked Birmingham Thunderbolts-Burns team–to see how her summer is going with all the tournaments and camps she’s been to just in the last month alone.
