2019 High School All-American Candidate Neely Peterson Has “Perfect” Year Behind the Plate

Neely Peterson is one of the most feared power-hitting catchers in the 2019 class and had an All-American quality year.

As we continue to approach our 2019 launch of our Extra Inning Softball High School All-Americans–which begins Monday, July 8 and will finish July 16-17 with our National Player of the Year and National Coach of the Year reveals—we will profile several outstanding candidates across the nation.

Today we spotlight a Florida catcher who is every coach and pitcher’s dream as she didn’t make an error or have a base runner successfully steal on her. Actually, very few try because her reputation proceeds her!

And she was our Extra Inning Softball High School National Player of the Week for May 6, 2019 too.

Note: this is a nice template to follow if you want to nominate a player for All-American consideration (if you do, email [email protected])

*****

Neely didn’t make an error all season, had no passed balls and didn’t have a base runner steal on her.
