*****
What does it mean to you to be considered as one of the top 100 players in your class?
It’s a huge honor and I’m very proud of this accomplishment. I set a goal two years ago to become an elite level pitcher. This motivates me to continue working hard.

Looking back on your career so far, both club and high school, what’s been your favorite experience (or experiences) both in softball and off the field?
On the field, my favorite experience is being in the circle and taking it pitch-by-pitch to get the outs my team needs. It’s rewarding to get the final ground ball out of the game or getting a strikeout with my change-up.
Off the field, the everyday work in the Shack (my pitching lane at home) with the music turned up and my mom in catcher’s gear helping me work towards my goals is something I’ll always remember.
What would you say are your strengths on the field? (and/or what did the college coaches say they liked about your game?)
My strengths on the field are my drop ball movement and getting infield ground balls out of the hitters.
Have you set personal goals for yourself for this year? Or in general?
