
Annie Schroeder, a talented pitcher for the Colorado Batbusters 16U National—Burgess, has quickly established herself as a “Player to Watch” amidst the talented class of 2027.
Currently ranked as our #8 pitcher and #12 overall in her class, Annie’s accolades and stats are quite impressive for her age. When not on the mound, she specializes at third base and in the outfield, able to field any position based on what her team needs.

This summer, Annie helped her club team to a 1st place finish at the Perfect Game 18U Showcase in Colorado, where she was named Most Valuable Player, playing in an older division.
At the 16Gold event, Annie batted .750, contributing heavily to the team’s runner-up finish this summer. Additionally, the athlete drove three home runs over the fence for the Batbusters at Atlanta Legacy and hit a grand slam at the TC World Series, where she was also named Pitcher of the Tournament.
In tournaments, Annie consistently makes the leaderboards for strikeouts, earned-run average, WHIP, and batting average against. Thus far in 2023, the 2027 has 233 strikeouts for 177 innings pitched.
A USSSA All-American, Annie’s performance on the mound resulted in a Top 20 finish in the Colorado Sparkler’s Power Pool, as well at Top 15 at the TC Nationals, Top Club, and Team 1 Elite events.
