The USA Softball 12U All-American Games continued with pool play games on Saturday in OKC. Here are the results:
Region 10 (Pacific Coast) Red 6, Region 1 (Northeast) Red 1: Naomi Stremick of Honolulu, HI, went 2 for 2 with a double, two runs scored and two RBIs for Region 10 Red.
Region 10 (Pacific Coast) Red 7, Region 3 (Southeast) Red 1: Taylor Johns of Las Vegas, NE, went 2 for 2 with a double, a triple, two runs scored and two RBIs and Leila Diebert of Whittier, CA, went 2 for 3 with a run scored and two RBIs for Region 10 Red.
Region 4 (South) Blue 5, Region 2 (Central Atlantic) Red 1: Isabella Coker of Jayess, MS, went 1 for 2 with a run scored and two RBIs and Kaileigh Byars of Mechanicsville, VA, and Taylor Martin handled the pitching to lift Region 4 Blue.
Region 1 (Northeast) White 5, Region 4 (South) Blue 1: Gwendolyn Negron of Carteret, NJ, went 1 for 2 with two RBIs and Alexandra Beldowicz of Jackson, NJ, threw two hitless innings of relief with three strikeouts to lead Region 1 White.
Region 5 (Southwest) Blue 10, Region 7 (Mid-America) Blue 3: London Collins of Round Rock, TX, went 2 for 2 with a triple, a run scored and three RBIs for Region 5 Blue.
Region 5 (Southwest) Blue 5, Region 1 (Northeast) White 4: Anayah Walker-Small of Arlington, TX, connected on a two-run homer in the bottom of the fifth to give Region 5 Blue the walk-off win.
Region 2 (South Atlantic) Red 6, Region 4 (South) Red 1: Devyn Johnson of Arlington, VA, went 1 for 2 with two RBIs, Rayne Wright of Midlothian, VA, went 2 for 2 with two runs scored and an RBI and Tamia Gwynn of Dunn, NC, went 2 for 2 with a run scored to lead Region 2 Red.
