Prom Meets Softball—Creativity Wins
Extra Inning Softball is thrilled to bring back a fan-favorite: our Creative Prom Photo Contest! We’re excited to announce the return of this fun community feature—and yes, we’ve even got a few unforgettable pictures from past contests that’ll blow you away. This year’s competition is open now, and we’re looking for the most original, out-of-the-box, or softball-inspired prom photos in the country. Submissions are open until Friday, April 25, and the winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
Photos must be emailed directly to jayden@extrainningsoftball.com. After the submission deadline, our editorial team will select the Top 10 finalists—and then it’s up to the fans to vote for their favorite!
How the Contest Works
This is a quick and easy way to showcase your personality and make your prom moment unforgettable. Send in a solo shot, a date photo, or even a team pic—just make it creative! Whether it’s on the field, in uniform, or with softball-themed props, we want to see how softball and prom can collide in the most stylish ways.
All entries will be reviewed by Jayden Mount, Extra Inning Softball’s Editorial and Community Engagement Specialist, who will lead our staff panel in selecting the finalists. Voting will take place on our Dugout Discussions Polls page shortly after the Top 10 are announced.
Why It’s Worth Entering
This contest is more than just a fun tradition—it’s also a spotlight moment. Past winners have had their photos shared widely across our platform and even featured in local news. Plus, we’ll be showcasing a few of our favorite past entries this week to inspire new participants.
Participating also offers a chance to be seen by college scouts, coaches, and thousands of fans. Softball players across the country have used Extra Inning Softball to gain exposure, and this is one more way to build your personal brand.
How to Submit Fast

Include your name, city/state, and high school or club team.
