Athletes HQ 12U Chases Greatness

Athletes HQ 12U, based in Elgin, Illinois, is more than just a competitive travel team—it’s a program rooted in precision, purpose, and player-driven growth. Coached by Nichole Monroy and supported by Johnny Tagalos, Chris Davis, and Nate Johnson, this core group has developed together since 10U and is now making serious noise on the 12U circuit. With a data-driven philosophy, unmatched preparation, and a fierce competitive spirit, AHQ is quickly becoming one of the Midwest’s most respected rising programs.

Keep reading to meet the roster, dive into the team’s values, and explore how AHQ is raising the bar for youth fastpitch.
