Building Champions: Inside the Rise of OC Batbusters Stith/Byrd

OC Batbusters Stith/Byrd, led by Coach Jeff Byrd, represents one of the elite teams in the long-standing OC Batbusters organization. This powerhouse team has thrived under Coach Byrd’s leadership and a commitment to player development that goes beyond the field, helping these young athletes prepare for a bright future in softball. With a roster of exceptionally talented athletes, the team has established itself as a contender on a national level, clinching the Tier 1 12U Alliance National Championship in 2024 with nine returning players ready to defend their title. This past weekend, they added another impressive victory to their record, going 7-0 to claim the championship title at the Triple Crown Monster Mash, a tournament featuring 44 of the best teams from California and surrounding states. In a strong 4-1 win, OC Batbusters Stith/Byrd demonstrated their skill and tenacity once again.
