As a Rising Star Influencer, Chanell explores two core questions that shape every dugout: “What Makes a Great Teammate?” and “How Do You Build Self-Confidence?” Drawing on travel-ball experience with the Angels, she breaks down the habits that matter most—showing up early, communicating clearly, lifting others after mistakes, and competing with positive energy.
