We know how much our softballers LOVE their pets and in honor of National Kids & Pets Day next Monday, April 26, 2021, we’re asking those animal lovers out there to send us your favorite pet pic!
National Kids and Pets Day awareness of the importance of picking the right pet at the right time. It’s an important decision that can lead to a lifetime of bonding between pet and owner. The day also celebrates the bonds young people and pets can share and a day to remember safety where our pets and people are concerned.
As we’ve gotten to know fastpitch players, coaches and family members across the nation, we’ve seen up-close how so many truly ove their furry friends (or feathered, scaled or fluffy buddies!) too.

Here’s what we’d like you to do:
By Monday, April 26, no later than noon EST/9 am PST, send a favorite photo in an email to [email protected] containing:
- you or a family member (please ID!)
- your pet (if not obvious, tell us what kind of animal it is)
- your animal’s name, age and anything else to describe it!
We will put them on our social media pages and have everyone vote for them!
The one with the most votes on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook will get to be honored on our site.
