At Extra Inning Softball, developing athletes off the field is just as important as celebrating their success on it. This fall, the organization once again invited players from across the country to step into leadership roles through the Extra Impact Ambassador Program, a unique initiative designed to elevate athlete voices and inspire the next generation of fastpitch players.
Now in its third year, the Extra Impact Ambassador Program provides athletes with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain media experience, and share their stories with a national audience through the Extra Inning Softball platform.
