A New Opportunity for Softball Insiders to Help Grow the Game Nationwide
At Extra Inning Softball, our mission has always been simple: spotlight athletes, expand recruiting visibility, and connect the softball community across the country.
Now, we’re opening the door for members of that community to step onto the field with us.
Extra Inning Softball is officially launching the EIS Regional Exposure Team, a new national field representative program designed to expand recruiting visibility and increase exposure for players and teams across the country.
The EIS Regional Exposure Team is limited, performance-driven, and designed for individuals who want to play an active role in shaping the future of softball coverage.
This is a chance to become part of the national visibility engine behind Extra Inning Softball.

A New Way to Support Athlete Exposure
For years, Extra Inning Softball has served as a national platform for athlete recognition, rankings, recruiting visibility, and tournament coverage.
But the softball landscape continues to grow rapidly. New programs are forming. New tournaments are emerging. New athletes are emerging!
To keep pace with that growth, Extra Inning Softball is building a national network of trusted field representatives who help connect athletes, teams, and events with the broader softball community.
Members of the EIS Regional Exposure Team will help expand athlete visibility by identifying players, collecting verified leads, and helping highlight tournaments across the country.
Simply put, they help bring the next wave of softball stories to light.
And because of that, these positions are intentionally limited.
Lead Generation Commission
EIS Regional Exposure Team members are eligible to earn performance-based commissions by helping connect athletes and families with the national exposure opportunities offered through Extra Inning Softball.
Representatives will receive a personalized outreach system that allows them to submit verified athlete contacts from within the softball community. Submissions are reviewed through Extra Inning Softball‘s internal validation process to ensure quality and accuracy.
Compensation is tied directly to qualified new athlete connections, with additional incentives available for high-performing representatives.
Full compensation details will be provided to approved applicants during onboarding. 👉Apply Here
Post-Tournament Coverage Opportunities
Many future members of the EIS Regional Exposure Team are already spending their weekends at softball tournaments across the country.
So why not turn that access into opportunity?
Representatives will have the chance to contribute official Extra Inning Softball tournament coverage from events taking place in their region.
By submitting approved recap packages, team members can help spotlight tournament champions, standout performances, and memorable moments from the weekend.
Selected submissions may be featured as national coverage on Extra Inning Softball, giving representatives the opportunity to play a role in highlighting athletes and teams across the country.
Submissions must be delivered within 24 hours of the event’s conclusion, and all content must meet Extra Inning Softball editorial standards.
Simply put, it’s a chance to cover the game, help athletes gain exposure, and earn while doing it. 🥎 👉Apply Here
Why This Program Matters
Softball continues to grow faster than national coverage can keep up.
New athletes are emerging in every region. Tournament competition is stronger than ever. Recruiting conversations are starting earlier.
Programs like the EIS Regional Exposure Team help ensure that talented athletes and teams across the country do not go unnoticed.
It also creates a new way for softball insiders to contribute to the sport while being rewarded for the connections they help build.
For many, it may also open doors into sports media, recruiting exposure, and national-level storytelling. 👉Apply Here
