Decorated UCLA standout Megan Faraimo talks about getting ready for the Team USA Olympic Team Tryouts this week in Oklahoma City with Extra Inning Softball’s Carlos Arias and Brentt Eads.
The former Gatorade California State Player of the Year talked about her years with Marty Tyson in the Corona Angels organization and at Cathedral Catholic High of San Diego, California, before moving on to UCLA where she helped the Bruins win a WCWS championship in 2019 and representing Team USA on the U-19 National team this past summer which also won a title, the WBSC U-19 Women’s Softball World Cup.

Carlos and Brentt also talked about the new Fair Pay To Play Act signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom in California and its effects on college softball. They also talked about the 2020 Extra Elite 100 rankings that will be released by extrainningsoftball.com in the coming weeks.
