A lot of news this week as campus visits continue for the 2021 class–we saw Extra Elite 100 players commit after trips to Alabama and Arizona, for example–and for the 2020 grads spots are filling up as, now that it’s October, we can say this senior class will be signing Letters of Intent next month!
We have 40-plus new updates in the Extra Inning Softball Signing/Verbal Database this week!
Also, check back tomorrow (Thursday) when we’ll run the list of the new updated verbals and/or club changes of committed players.

We always welcome emails from players, parents and coaches sharing the good news!
*** Emmerson Lee, a 2020 3B/MIF with the Central Cal Dirtdogs, writes to say of her verbal to Central Florida: “I committed to Boise State as a freshman in high school, Coach Ball became the Coach Central Florida in 2018 at which time I changed my commitment.”
*** Jenna Lord, a 2021 MIF/C with the Atlanta Vipers organization, committed to Alabama last week (we’ll have more on Jenna later today!) and wrote us: “I committed to the University of Alabama on September 29 after a great weekend on campus. It just felt like home.”
*** Coach Justin Groves of the Impact Gold-Holeman Premier team let us know about 2021 MIF/OF Natalie Taylor who committed to Southern Miss. Her wrote: “Natalie is a power-hitting middle infielder who also is an outstanding outfielder with a cannon of an arm. I have watched her personally throw two girls at home with a throw from 3/4 outfield in practice this fall. She is a new addition to us that is going to be a centerpiece for the rest of her travel ball time.”
