Hawaiian College Showcase & Camp: National Exposure in Honolulu

Under the direction of tournament director, Dale Palmer, the Hawaiian College Showcase and Camp is set to return to Honolulu this summer, offering a rare blend of high-level softball development, national competition, and an unmatched destination experience.

Now entering its third year, the event continues to grow its footprint as one of the most distinctive showcase opportunities in the country.

Hosted at Sand Island Park in Honolulu, Hawaii, the showcase will take place June 10–14, 2026, and will feature athletes across the 12U–18U age divisions.

With teams traveling from across the U.S. mainland to compete alongside local Hawaiian athletes, the event creates a truly national environment designed to expand exposure and elevate development.

Built on Education and Opportunity

At its core, the Hawaiian College Showcase and Camp is designed to do more than simply host games. The event emphasizes education, skill development, and sportsmanship, with top college programs sharing their knowledge directly with players. Athletes will receive instruction and feedback across key performance areas, including:

  • Measurables
  • Mechanics
  • Defense
  • Offense
  • Sportsmanship

This hands-on approach allows players to learn directly from college coaches while applying those lessons in live competition, making the experience both instructional and evaluative.

National Competition Meets Island Experience

One of the defining features of this showcase is its setting. The softball fields at Sand Island Park are located steps from a beautiful sandy beach, creating a unique environment for families and supporters. While athletes focus on sharpening their skills, parents and family members can enjoy the surrounding scenery.

The camp portion of the event will be held in the morning, intentionally structured so families can still sightsee and explore Honolulu in the afternoons. This balance between competitive softball and destination travel is a major reason the event continues to attract national interest.

A Growing Tradition in Its Third Year

As a 3rd Annual Showcase Camp, the Hawaiian College Showcase and Camp has established itself as a recurring destination on the national softball calendar. Its continued growth reflects a demand for events that combine meaningful instruction, competitive play, and memorable experiences beyond the field.

The opportunity to play ball with teams from across the U.S. mainland and local athletes from Hawaii adds an extra layer of value, exposing players to different styles of play while broadening their competitive perspective.
