Henderson County High School Softball has become a force in Kentucky fastpitch, and 2024 was proof. The program, based in Henderson, Kentucky, captured the 2024 Kentucky State Championship in the state’s classless system, just one year after finishing as state runner-up. Head Coach Shannon Troutman, who took over in 2018, has built more than just a winning team—he’s shaped a powerhouse culture backed by numbers, grit, and a deep roster of standout athletes.
