Hayley Griggs, a talented middle infielder for the Beverly Bandits—Conroy, recently announced her commitment to Florida State University, where she will continue her academic and athletic career as a Seminole.
This momentous decision came as a result of her exceptional skills on the field, as well as her consistent determination and resilience amidst setbacks.
Hayley has been a part of the Bandits program since a young age. Her elder sister, who now plays at the University of Pittsburgh, competed for the elite club team as well. Coach Bill Conroy, who had observed Hayley’s progress closely through the years, noted her five-tool athlete status, including her speed, hitting ability, great glove, impressive range, and a winning attitude.
