How is Milyana Baxter is a Leader?
Milyana Baxter is a determined softball player who overcame early challenges to become a strong competitor. Starting at 11 with no experience, she was told by multiple coaches that she wasn’t good enough. However, Baxter’s hard work and positive mindset led her to earn spots on both 14U and 16U teams by age 12. She aims to inspire other girls who feel they aren’t good enough, showing them that with perseverance and a great attitude, goals are achievable.
