Orchard Park Softball Standard
The Orchard Park Varsity Softball program is making major waves this season, blending championship-level play with a deep commitment to mental health and community service. Coached by Brittany Schermerhorn and assisted by Scott Schreiner, the team is chasing new milestones in both athletic achievement and personal growth. With a dynamic roster and a renewed focus on preparation, Orchard Park is showing what it means to truly be #MoreThanAGame.
Founded alongside the opening of Orchard Park High School, the softball program has built a strong tradition of excellence. In 2024, the team finished first in ECIC Division 1, went undefeated in league play at 8-0, and posted a 15-3 overall record. Several players received major honors, including ECIC Division 1 Player of the Year and Pitcher of the Year awards, and multiple athletes made the All-WNY All-Star Team.
