Senior infielder Paige Sinicki, who attends Coronado High in Henderson, Nevada, has long been considered one of the top players in her class. In our recent 2021 Extra Elite 100 rankings, she came in at #15.
Two years ago, Paige helped her Corona Angels team win the PGF 14U Nationals and was selected to the 2018 PGF All-Tournament Team as she hit a three-run home run in the semis and also contributed a key RBI double in the title game.
And that’s not even touching on her outstanding defense, where she has a great glove and arm.
A week ago today (Nov. 11, 2020), Paige fulfilled a long-time dream by inking her Letter of Intent to go to Oregon. Here’s more on her Signing Day experience…
*****
Where did you sign your Letter of Intent?
I signed my NLI at my house in my living room.
Was it a big occasion or more low-key?
It was not a huge occasion because of COVID, but I was still able to celebrate it with the people who have helped me along this journey.
Did you do anything to celebrate the big day?
I had a little signing party with my family (Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Grandparents, etc.) in the morning, and then at night I had my friends and coaches come for another signing party. I also celebrated my other friends’ signing day as I went to a couple of their signing parties.
