Every summer, some of the Southeast’s most talented fastpitch softball athletes gather for one purpose—to compete against the best.
The Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, hosted by DC Elite Productions, once again delivered one of the region’s premier recruiting and exposure events, welcoming top travel programs to the historic South Commons Softball Complex in Columbus, Georgia, and Idle Hour Park in Phenix City, Alabama. With four showcase games before single-elimination bracket play, the event challenged athletes to perform against elite competition while showcasing their skills in front of college coaches from every level of the game.
Following another highly competitive weekend, Extra Inning Softball has released its Tournament Performance Rankings, recognizing athletes whose verified performances stood above the rest throughout the event. How Tournament Performance Rankings Are Evaluated
Tournament Performance Rankings are designed to recognize verified tournament performance, not season-long accomplishments. Every athlete is evaluated using a comprehensive review of offensive and defensive statistics, production against quality competition, consistency throughout pool and bracket play, positional excellence, overall impact on team success, and how far their team advanced during the event.
Unlike recognition based solely on reputation, every submission undergoes an additional verification process before final rankings are published. This helps ensure each athlete’s placement reflects measurable production, accurate data, and consistent evaluation standards.
The SERV Methodology
Extra Inning Softball utilizes its proprietary SERV Methodology—Software, Evaluate, Research, and Verify—to deliver a consistent, objective evaluation process. By combining proprietary technology, position-specific analysis, research, and multi-source verification, SERV ensures athletes earn recognition based on verified performance and measurable on-field achievement, not reputation.

Winning championships requires complete team effort, but every tournament also produces individual performances that simply can’t be ignored.
Throughout the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, athletes delivered clutch hits, dominant outings in the circle, game-changing defensive plays, and leadership when their teams needed it most. Those performances are now recognized through the latest edition of Extra Inning Softball’s Tournament Performance Rankings.

14U Champions
The 14U division delivered a weekend of intense competition, with PC Reapers emerging as champions after a standout run through the bracket. Combining timely offense, strong defensive execution, and the ability to deliver in key moments, PC Reapers powered their way to the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase 14U championship title.
14U Top Performers
Kinsey Bruhmuller delivered one of the top performances in the 14U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, earning No. 1 Overall Player, No. 1 Hitter, and No. 1 Catcher honors for PC Reapers. The standout catcher made an impact throughout the tournament with her offensive production and ability to control the game behind the plate.
Her complete performance showcased the combination of hitting ability, defensive leadership, and consistency that helped separate her as one of the weekend’s premier performers.
Kaelani McNair earned No. 1 Pitcher/Hitter honors in the 14U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, showcasing her ability to impact the game both in the circle and at the plate. The Class of 2029 standout delivered a complete two-way performance, helping PC Reapers compete at a high level throughout the weekend.
A standout student-athlete, McNair has played softball since she was 4 years old and earned the FACA All-Around Award as a ninth grader while maintaining straight A’s. She credits her travel coaches for pushing her to improve and lives by the motto, “110% even when no one is looking.” With a team-first mindset and a passion for encouraging others, McNair continues to be a leader on and off the field.
Aubry Bailey earned No. 1 Infielder honors in the 14U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, showcasing her defensive versatility, consistency, and ability to impact the game for PC Reapers. The Class of 2030 utility player brought a championship mindset and steady presence throughout the weekend.
Bailey helped lead Florida Elite 14U to a World Series championship last summer and continues to grow through the guidance of mentors like her dad, Dusty Mallon, and Eric Vossen. Known for her positive attitude and team-first mentality, Bailey embraces challenges, supports her teammates, and strives to get better every day.
Paityn Suber earned No. 1 Outfielder honors in the 14U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, delivering a standout performance in the outfield throughout the weekend. The talented defender showcased strong instincts, consistency, and the ability to make key plays in important moments, helping PC Reapers compete at a high level against top competition.
Suber’s all-around performance highlighted the skills and competitiveness needed to excel at the showcase level. Her combination of defensive reliability, athleticism, and impact on the field earned her recognition as the tournament’s top-ranked outfielder in the 14U division.
16U Champions
The 16U division featured some of the nation’s top teams, but it was TN Fury Platinum Higgs who stood above the rest. Combining timely hitting, lockdown defense, and championship-level execution, they captured the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase 16U title.
16U Top Performers
Faith Gonzales earned No. 1 Overall Player honors in the 16U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase delivering one of the weekend’s most impactful performances. Competing for Marucci Patriots GC Premier, Gonzales showcased the consistency, skill, and competitiveness needed to stand out in a highly talented field.
Her all-around performance throughout the tournament highlighted her ability to impact the game in key moments and helped separate her as the top-ranked player in the 16U division. Gonzales’ combination of talent, confidence, and competitive drive made her one of the premier performers at Stars Over Georgia.
Ella Kelly earned No. 1 Hitter and No. 1 Catcher honors in the 16U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, showcasing her ability to impact the game on both sides of the ball. Representing Easton Elite, Kelly delivered a standout performance at the plate while providing strong leadership and defensive presence behind the dish.
Her combination of offensive production, consistency, and ability to manage the game from the catcher position made her one of the weekend’s most valuable performers. Kelly’s all-around performance earned her recognition as one of the top athletes in the 16U field.
Abby Lawson earned No. 1 Pitcher/Hitter honors in the 16U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, showcasing her ability to impact the game in both the circle and at the plate. The Class of 2029 standout delivered a strong two-way performance for TN Reapers, displaying the versatility and competitiveness needed to excel at a high level.
One of Lawson’s most memorable performances came in an eight-inning battle where she threw a complete game, recording 9 strikeouts while holding opponents to a .138 batting average. Guided by coaches Bobby Purviance and Joey Lawson, Lawson continues to grow as a player while leading with confidence, faith, and a team-first mindset.
Bayleigh Purviance earned No. 1 Infielder honors in the 16U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, showcasing her defensive consistency, athleticism, and ability to impact the game for TN Reapers. Her performance throughout the weekend highlighted the instincts, skill, and competitiveness needed to stand out against a talented field.
Purviance’s all-around play in the infield helped make her one of the top performers in the division. Her combination of defensive reliability, confidence, and ability to deliver in key moments earned her recognition as the tournament’s top-ranked infielder.
Peyton Crouse earned No. 1 Outfielder honors in the 18U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, showcasing her athleticism, defensive instincts, and ability to impact the game for Marucci Patriots 16U GC. The Class of 2027 standout continues to excel through her consistency, confidence, and team-first approach.
A clutch performer, Crouse delivered one of her favorite moments in an elimination game in Colorado, hitting a go-ahead double in extra innings to keep her team’s run alive. With the guidance of Coach Krista Womble, Crouse continues to develop as a leader and competitor on the field.18U Champions
A loaded 18U field brought high-level competition throughout the weekend, but it was Alabama Fury who stepped up when it mattered most. With clutch hitting, consistent defense, and championship-level execution, they finished the tournament as Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase 18U champions.
18U Top Performers
Sassy Renz earned No. 1 Overall Player, No. 1 Hitter, and No. 1 Infielder honors in the 18U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, delivering one of the weekend’s most dominant performances. Representing Alabama Firecrackers, Renz showcased the offensive production, defensive consistency, and overall impact that separated her as one of the tournament’s top performers.
Her ability to make an impact in multiple areas of the game highlighted the skill, confidence, and competitiveness needed to excel against elite competition. Renz’s complete performance earned her recognition as the premier player in the 18U field.
Peyton Crabb earned No. 1 Pitcher/Hitter honors in the 18U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, showcasing her ability to impact the game both in the circle and at the plate. Representing Middle Georgia Elite, the Class of 2027 standout displayed the versatility, competitiveness, and composure needed to excel against top-level competition.
A proven two-way player, Crabb takes pride in being more than just a pitcher and embraces every opportunity to contribute wherever her team needs her. A three-time state competitor and honors student, she credits her coaches and family for helping shape her development. With a mindset of “play hard and have fun,” Crabb continues to lead by example through positivity, effort, and a commitment to getting better every day.
Reagan Sasser earned No. 1 Catcher honors in the 18U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, showcasing her defensive ability, leadership, and consistency behind the plate. Representing Middle Georgia Elite, Sasser demonstrated the poise, skill, and game awareness needed to stand out among a talented group of catchers.
Her performance throughout the weekend highlighted the importance of strong communication, defensive reliability, and the ability to manage the game from behind the plate. Sasser’s all-around impact earned her recognition as the tournament’s top-ranked catcher in the 18U division.
Amy Miranda earned No. 1 Outfielder honors in the 18U division at the Stars Over Georgia Summer Showcase, showcasing her athleticism, defensive instincts, and ability to make an impact for Windermere Wildfire Kaylor. Her performance throughout the weekend highlighted the consistency, awareness, and competitive mindset needed to excel against a talented field.
Miranda’s ability to cover ground in the outfield, make key plays, and contribute to her team’s success earned her recognition as the tournament’s top-ranked outfielder in the 18U division. Her combination of skill, confidence, and reliability helped her stand out among the weekend’s top performers.
