Addie Ward: Rising Stars Influencer
Addie Ward, a rising talent from EC Bullets National – Orebaugh 2030, is the latest athlete to be featured as an Extra Inning Softball’s Rising Stars Influencer. Recently named to the 12U Southeast Rising Star Watch List, Ward brings more than talent to the field—she brings perspective, determination, and a story that resonates with athletes of all levels.
In her influencer article, she reflects on her journey from struggling to catch a ball at age 8 to becoming a confident, driven competitor. Ward shares how the challenges she’s faced—errors, strikeouts, and self-doubt—have shaped her mindset and fueled her commitment to growth. With a personal mantra of “strive 4 progress, not perfection,” she’s become a voice for young athletes learning to embrace the process, one pitch and one step at a time.
