The Jingle Bell Softball Team Contest… Send Us Your Festive Pics and Video Clips! Winner Gets a Team Spotlight

Calling all girls fastpitch softball teams!

This holiday season, we are excited to announce our “Jingle Bell Softball Team Contest” where one lucky team will win a special article on our Extra Inning Softball platform.

This contest aims to celebrate the spirit of Christmas and showcase the incredible talent, dedication, and camaraderie of girls fastpitch softball teams across the nation!

CONTEST DETAILS

Eligibility
The content is open to all girls fastpitch softball teams competing at any level nationally. 

Submission Period
The content will run from Monday, December 1, 2023 to Thursday, December 14, 2023. Teams must submit their entries during this period to be considered.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Festive Team Photo 
Submit a high-resolution team photo that embraces the Christmas spirit. Teams are encouraged to dress up in holiday-themed attire, decorate their equipment, or pose creatively to capture the essence of the season! 

Team Bio
Provide a brief overview of your team, including team name, location, age division, notable achievements, and any heartwarming or inspiring stories that highlight the team’s character and dedication. 

Team Video
Create a short video (2-3 minutes) showcasing your team’s skills, teamwork, and love for the game. Incorporate festive elements, such as Christmas music, decorations, or holiday-themed drills, to add an extra touch of holiday cheer!

SUBMISSION METHOD

*** Email your team photo, bio, and video to Bonnie Holland: bonnie@extrainningsoftball.com no later than Thursday, December 14th, by 9pm MST.

VOTING

Our expert panel will review all eligible entries and select the top five finalists based on creativity, team spirit, and the overall representation of the Christmas theme.

The five finalists will be featured on our website and social media platforms, where the public can vote for their favorite team. Voting will be open from Monday, December 15, 2023 through Tuesday, December 19, 2023, during which time fans, friends, and family can rally support for their favorite team. 

The winner will be selected based on public votes!

PRIZE & ANNOUNCEMENT

The winning team will be featured in an exclusive team spotlight article on Extra Inning Softball and promoted across our social media channels. The article will highlight the team’s journey, achievements, and aspirations, providing them with well-deserved recognition and exposure.

The winning team will be announced on Christmas Day via our website and social media platforms. 

We look forward to receiving your team’s submissions and spreading the joy of Christmas through the power of girls fastpitch softball. Good luck to all the participants, and may the spirit of the season inspire you to shine brightly on and off the field!
