***Texas Riptide 07 won the 14U title for Leg 2 of HotCorner Events’ Spring Showdown Series in Conroe, TX. It was the third consecutive title in as many weeks for the Riptide. Khamari Hall, Alissa Sneed and Ella Lozano were named tri-MVPs of the event.

***Carolina Cardinals Nationals 07-Wilke beat Virginia Stars-Nichols, 12-1, Virginia Phoenix Fastpitch, 11-0, Team NC-Eley 25/24, 5-0, and NC Challengers 06/07-Penny, 12-0, in bracket play on Sunday to win the 14U championship at the PGF Tarheel Classic Series Pot O’ Gold.
