If the name Maddie Gallagher sounds familiar, it’s because the 2020 grad who is committed to South Carolina has been starring on the club and high school levels for several years now.
Last season, for example, Maddie was selected as a member of the 2018 Extra Inning Softball All American Team as an infielder in 2018 when the then-sophomore at Schreiber High School in Port Washington, New York hit .638 with a .724 on-base percentage.
The speedy shortstop/outfielder also stole 15 bases.

This year, Maddie is looking to repeat as an Extra Inning Softball All-American as she also was named to the All-New York State, All-Long Island and All-County teams.
