Uncommitted and on Fire – Extra Inning Softball has reached a major milestone in its Uncommitted Getting on the Radar series, now featuring 175 uncommitted players across the Classes of 2026 and 2027—and the list continues to grow.

This national resource was created with one clear purpose: to simplify and strengthen the recruiting connection between college coaches and uncommitted athletes who want to play at the next level.

By providing accurate, up-to-date, and coach-friendly player information in one national resource, Extra Inning Softball continues to bridge the gap between visibility and opportunity—supporting athletes who are still on their recruiting journey while giving college coaches a reliable place to identify, evaluate, and follow uncommitted talent.

What the Uncommitted Radar Includes

Each player listed is presented with clear, actionable recruiting information that college coaches consistently ask for but often struggle to locate in one place. The list includes:

  • Graduation year
  • Primary and secondary positions
  • Direct links to player social media profiles
  • Skills video links
  • Basic stats and performance metrics
  • GPA and academic information
  • High school
  • Intended area of study
  • Travel team name

In my opinion, this level of transparency is no longer optional in modern recruiting—it is essential.

Why the Series Was Created

The recruiting landscape has changed. Commitments happen earlier, rosters shift quickly, and it can be difficult for college coaches to determine who is truly still uncommitted and actively seeking opportunities.

The Uncommitted Getting on the Radar series was designed to eliminate that confusion.

At the same time, it remains athlete-first. This feature gives uncommitted players a legitimate platform to be seen, evaluated, and followed—without pressure, pay-to-play promises, or unrealistic guarantees.

Extra Inning Softball believes visibility should be earned through information, effort, and opportunity—not noise.

The Bigger Picture

Extra Inning Softball remains committed to spotlighting athletes at every stage of the recruiting process. Whether uncommitted, newly committed, or still exploring options, each journey matters—and each story deserves accuracy, respect, and visibility.

That philosophy is non-negotiable, and it is exactly why this series continues to grow nationally.

More opportunities.
More clarity.
Less confusion.

That is how recruiting should work.
